This year is a significant one for Uppingham Town Cricket Club. Having secured the land to develop our new ground at Leicester Road we are now in the final stages of fund raising and planning for the pavilion build. To help secure as much as we can in terms of VAT refunds it is vital all our subscriptions are received and recorded by 31st May – and it is for this sole reason we have this year asked everyone to pay their membership fees promptly by 20th May. Please help us provide you with a facility to be proud of for the future of cricket in our community.

2010 Membership Forms & Subscriptions – Prices Held Same as 2009

To make the process easier for all concerned in 2010 we have created a small database of player and social member records. In membership pack you will see copies of these records – please read through the information we hold and amend / delete it as necessary. We are particularly keen to ensure for every senior and junior cricketer a clear emergency contact record – so if these are blank on your form, please provide at least one, preferably two emergency contacts.

The above information is only held by the club so we comply with ECB Clubmark accreditation guidelines and for the club to circulate information for members – and primarily to enable us to advise relatives should a player become injured. This information will not be passed to third parties without prior knowledge or your consent.

When you sign the membership forms – please enclose payment by cheque (payable to Uppingham Town CC) or cash (please don't post any cash). These can be given to your team Captain, junior manager / coach or over the bar at the clubhouse. Remember each 'playing' membership junior or senior includes 4 social memberships – so please make sure you include your allowance.
