Group 1 Ashby sit on top following an early Stragglers decision to concede. Foston can overtake them if they beat Ancaster, or lose but gain full bonus points. An Ancaster win would put them in the pot for highest scoring runners up ( the eighth quarter final spot ) Group 2 All to play for here, all teams bar Sileby could take top spot ( Sileby losing points by conceding against Empingham ) Group 3 Stoughton need nine bonus points to guarantee top spot. If Croxton beat Stoughton and Thurnby, and stop them getting many bonus points, they could nick it. Barkby need full points against Easton and a prayer ( Croxton win and get 17 points or less + Stoughton less than 4 bonus points Group 4 Barkston need 8 bonus points or a win to guarantee top spot. Barrowby need to beat Barkston , and restrict them to 5 bonus points. Thorpe need to beat Welby, and hope Barkston lose and get very few bonus points) Group 5 If Egerton Park, beat Ropsley, they win If Ropsley win, and restrict Egerton to minimum points, then they need to score more points than Hougham, who need to beat Melton and get more points than Ropsley ( if they beat Egerton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Everyone needs to get as any points as possible and pray!!!! Group 6 If Queniborough beat Sholay, or get 10bonus points, they win. Bingham and Kinoulton need to win, and pray Sholay beat Queniborough. Group 7 Winner takes all between Stamford and Houghton. |
